Keyword search
Keywords are not case sensitive. Using uppercase letters will return the same results as lower case letters. For example, BIKE will return the same results as bike.
Avoid using general words like car, house etc. Instead search for the type of car such as a mustang.
Do not use punctuation or symbols.
Use specific keywords or short phrases that are as descriptive as possible to what you are looking for.
Avoid using common words like or, and, near, like. The Peanut Café search engine does not read these words as search commands, so they are dropped from your search phrase.
Below is a full list of common words that are not included in your search phrase.
"a", "an", "and", "are", "as", "at", "be", "but", "by", "for", "if", "in", "into", "is", "it", "no", "not", "of", "on", "or", "such", "that", "the", "their", "then", "there", "these", "they", "this", "to", "was", "will", "with". -
Search Phrases
If you type in a search phrase with more than one keyword, your search results will return all postings that contain one or any of the words within the title or description of the posting.

Exact Phrase
To search for an exact phrase, place quotation marks around your phrase. For example, to find postings with the exact phrase 2003 BMW 330 Ci, type in "2003 BMW 330 Ci" in the search keyword box. Only posting with this exact sequence will be returned. Postings with common words between the words within your phrase will not be included within your search results.

Category
For general searches, make sure you have selected the appropriate category. Searching with the keyword phrase Whirlpool refrigerator might not return very many results if selected category is Pets/ instead of For Sale.
For more specific searches, categories will appear underneath their relative posting type once you are within a search or posting page.

Zip Code search
The zip code search can be performed for postings within a 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, or 100 miles radius of a given zip code.
