Peanut Café Help: How to submit a paid Housing or Auto listing

Paid Housing categories: Real Estate For Sale (by Manager, Broker or Agent), Real Estate For Sale (by owner), Commercial | Office for Rent.

Paid Autos categories: Cars | Trucks For Sale (by Dealer).

1. Set a community. Select from the list of Peanut Café communities on the home page. Once, you've set your community, it displays on the top right corner of the site.

2. Click on the "Post to Café" button on the side of the site.

3. Select the most appropriate paid posting category that best fits your ad. Please make sure the most appropriate category is selected, otherwise it will be reported as mis-categorized.

4. Next, fill out the posting form. All fields marked with a star are required. *

Title - Enter a creative posting title in the Title field. Be clear and descriptive. This is what will appear in the search listings.
Details - Each category has specific attributes that allow people to better define their posting for easier searching.
Description - Enter all the information and additional details you want people to see in the Description box.
Contact Information - Your email address does not appear on your online posting, unless you choose to include it in the description. People will respond through Peanut Café. You can provide your name and phone number as an additional form of contact.
Location Details - Enter your zip code, and specific location. Specific locations are neighborhoods or areas within your local community. Enter an address if you'd like to map link of your location.

5. Review the Terms of Use, and check the box if you agree. Submit your posting by clicking the red "Finish & Post" button at the bottom of the page.

Flyer Option - You have the option to create a flyer for your posting. Peanut Café passes the posting information and images to the flyer, so all you have to do is select a design, colors and final edits.

6. Payment - Review the payment summary and fill out the payment information. You can either pay by credit card or PayPal.

After successful payment transaction, your posting will be immediately published online to Peanut Café and your flyer will be available for you to download. You will also receive a payment confirmation email.
