Account Information
You can view your account information, and reset your magic word. You can also update the payment account information you keep on file at Peanut Café to quickly pay for paid postings.
Reset Magic Word
- Sign into your account and go to the Account Information section of My Café.
- Click the Reset Magic Word link.
- Type in the email address associated with your Peanut Café account.
We'll send you an email with a link to reset your magic word.
Payment Methods
To edit or remove existing Payment Methods
- Sign into your account.
- Click on the Account Information link under the "My Café Menu".
- To edit, click the "edit" link next to the payment type, make changes and click save.
- To remove, click the "remove" link next to the payment type.
NOTE: Payment methods can be added during a payment transaction by checking the "Save my card information" box at moment of payment. Only users with registered Peanut Café accounts can save their payment methods.
You can cancel your Peanut Café account by submitting a request at accounts@peanutcafe.com with "Cancel user account" as the subject title. Please include the email address or username you use to sign in to Peanut Café. We will send you an email to confirm your account cancellation.
