The best way to get people to see your posting is start with those you know.

Send out your posting by filling out the Forward your posting form on either your Posting Manager page after you've successfully published your posting. Fill out the form and click the Send button.

You can also send the posting link by clicking on the "Email To A Friend" link at the top of the posting itself.
